This method will allow you to set a joystick button to switch to a custom camera of your choice (if you’re smart, let that be your main flying view like Captain’s seat or FO seat) like ChasePlane works, but then in Microsoft Flight Simulator. This means that if you press the button, it will go to that view no matter what. Even if you pan around and want to come back to this custom camera, with just one click it will go back, instead of toggling back and forth between some random view and your custom camera like MSFS normally does. Heck, you can smash the button 1000 times, it will stay in that view!
Unfortunately, I found that it only works with one custom camera as explained in the video, but at least this allows you to switch back quickly to your main flying view under busy circumstances.
