NATO should immediately start setting up a multi-layered drone defence system like Ukraine has. To make sure nothing enters NATO airspace, they should ask for Ukrainian permission to set it up 100km or maybe 200Km inside Ukraine. NATO countries could pay for it. Supplying the equipment they have in stock and buying the rest from Ukraine. I am sure Ukraine would give permission and even be willing to enter a long-term training, maintenance and operating contract.
Protecting Ukrainre's airspace would do more than half the job for protecting NATO territory. It should have been done in 2022. The West is so pathetic and cowardly, i have no words to express it except swear words.

These "military drills" are a great cover to move your troops closer to NATO.
What happened? A bunch of apparently unarmed (?) drones made an incursion into Poland and were either shot down by Nato forces or fell mostly harmlessly? (unless you're the unlucky occupant of the house whose roof was damaged).
What will be the results? Firstly, the predictable rhetoric from EU, Nato, Russia etc. Secondly, new action "drone wall" already being mentioned, coordination of EU military industrial base to meet the "threat" .. etc, renewed resolve to support Ukraine whilst bolstering Nato defenses etc.
Who benefits? EU military industrial base for sure. Nato for sure. Russia? Not so much.
Who did it? Frankly it doesn’t matter, results will be the same.
