The russians can’t even feed their soldiers. How sad is that? The russian bear is looking awfully pathetic…
Don't poison us? That's oddly specific. Is that something Ukraine does or is that what they are programmed to think?
This is why the US is no longer the leader of the free world. Slava Ukraini!
The "please dont poison us" just show how manipulative the russian military is to make their soldiers hate ukraine.
🙏♥️🇺🇦
Can't see the disgusting russians doing that….SLAVA UKRAINE
Winning hearts and minds. looking after POWs, good treatment will eventually get back to other Russians wanting to give up.
pede agua para putin kkkkkkkkkk
les ukrainiens nous aident contre la russie
Brothers fighting World is so sad 😢
Good choice, if he's not surrender, he's died
Slava Ukraine!
Eternal peace to all those who have mercy on their prisoners of war, you will be rewarded, Slava Ukraine 🇺🇸 🤝 🇺🇦
This Russian soldier made the right decision. Now he will live, . . . . at least as long as he's not sent back to the front again after a prisoner exchange . . . .
🇺🇦👍🙂
now stop doing pow swaps until end of war and you guys might win
Mensch bleiben in unmenschlicher Lage. Dank an ukrainische Soldaten ❤
This is not " mercy", it is following rules of engagement and NATO standards. It is also following the Geneva Convention. Likewise, it tops up the POW exchange fund.
If Ukrainians just used their emotion, they would want to tear them to pieces and drink their blood. But they are a civilized European country, not a Mongol horde.
They said, please don’t poison us not everybody does what you Russians do
The Russian's fear of being poisoned is a projection, it's a means of which Russians are fond of, Ukrainians won't do that.
I don't care much about their lives, honestly, but I'm glad Ukraine chose to preserve their own soldiers humanity as far as one can under such circumstances. Being merciful in war isn't just about the people you choose to spare, it's also about choosing what kind of person you want to be when the killing is over.
I do wonder if the Russian military does this on purpose in order to locate concealed Ukrainian positions. Think about it. If you have old crippled men straight from prison, does it really matter to them if they lose a couple that they know will be eventually returned in a swap? Especially if they can pinpoint Ukrainian positions.
Humanity 💙💛
That's the difference between human beings like Ukrainians ans russian Orcs. They would have killed the soldier without mercy.
Україна перемагає! 🇺🇦
