Part 2 Campfire Bread Dutch Baby and Gear Review | Pup’s Island Camping

Brinx is back — and so is the adventure! 🐾 In Part Two of our remote island trip, we’re stepping things up with epic camp cooking, trail exploration, and gear testing.

From cooking bread right on the campfire coals to baking our very first Dutch Baby pancake, this is outdoor cooking at its best. We also tear into new trails in the side-by-side, uncover more of the island’s rugged beauty, and test out fresh camping gear in real-world conditions.

And of course, our Doberman pup is part of every moment — experiencing off-grid life for the very first time.

  1. We have a little truck camper that we rebuilt when the crank-up roof rotted. I'd love to be sitting in that spot, the water is so calm! We also have wheelers and a little Honda Pioneer 500. Lots of trails up north!

  2. I had a female Doberman as a teen. Sweetest girl ever! Nobody messed with me, lol. If they did, she didn't 'bite' she'd grab their arm as a warning. But kids could sit on her and play with her ears and she would just lay there.

  3. I enjoy all the channels you enjoy. I use to love watching down by the river, but he kinda faded away I think. But I watch Kenny religiously. We roll in a small truck camper no shower( Outpost 6.5) on a Chevy 2500hd. We recently bought a small Honda 520 sxs for some bigger adventures when we head southwest for the winter. I also have a Dewalt electric saw and I cut a lot of oak with it. My Jonsereds was getting a little tough to wheel. We live here in the U.P. and looking forward to seeing more of your stuff. Maybe I'll even share some of my secret camping spots here in the Yoop 😂.
Safe travels and enjoy your puppy.
