  1. It doesn't matter how many new batteries or SD micros I'm using, the green status light is permanently blinking green. It drives me nuts! It's already the 3rd Flex E-36 which is not working properly. Will change the brand now.

  2. I’m getting an SD card error message. I’m using a spy point SD card and it’s telling me it’s invalid. Not sure how that’s possible because I use this on the flex as well and it works just fine.

  3. Hi ma’am, I set up 3 flex cameras a week ago, 2 of them stopped working yesterday and now they’re saying the batteries are at 0%. I’ve had cell cams long enough to know that’s not what’s happening. Think you got an idea?

  4. Wish my issue were this easy. My Flex got an over the air firmware upgrade yesterday and now will not connect to cellular. I talked with support who blamed the SD card, as they always do. SD card is fine, it can format. I tried to do a firmware upgrade but it doesn't take what I put on the card, as I expect it is already updated from the over the air update the other day. However, now it just comes up and blinks status and all the signal lights and never stops. I have a 12V solar battery, but I've tried the battery pack with good lithium batteries with the same result. IDK if something changed in my area with the cell towers yesterday, which is unlikely since my Verizon phone still works fine, or if their firmware update bricked something. I haven't seen any other complaints but there is not a lot of community support for these cameras. They've been nothing but a headache since buying them, will never buy another. So tired of their ignorant support staff.

  5. So my Flex just stopped working cold turkey. It was taking some pictures and then stopped. I thought the SD card was full so I hit format on a startup to wipe it. Then my Flex wouldn’t go pass a flashing green status light. Now I got it to where all the lights go off like it should and I walk in front of it to take a pic or hit test and the blue light will not shut off? Any ideas? Thank you!!
