📢 My DJI RC Controller Won’t Stop Beeping… What’s Going On?! 😫🔊
Today I powered on my DJI RC controller — and it just. won’t. stop. beeping. Nonstop, loud, and super annoying beeping that makes it totally unusable. I have no idea what triggered it or how to fix it yet, so I’m sharing this video in case someone else out there is dealing with the same thing — or better yet, if YOU know how to fix it, please drop a comment below! 🙏

❓ So What Happened?
I turned on the DJI RC like usual.
It booted up fine, but started emitting a loud, constant beeping sound.
The screen works, the touch works, but the beeping just won’t go away.
I haven’t crashed, dropped, or updated anything recently.

❓ So What Happened?
I turned on the DJI RC like usual
It booted up fine, but started emitting a loud, constant beeping sound
The screen works, the touch works, but the beeping just won’t go away
I haven’t crashed, dropped, or updated anything recently
This beeping is persistent — not just a few warning tones, but constant beeping that won’t stop unless I power it off. I’ve checked the basics, like making sure nothing is visibly stuck or broken, but no luck so far.

If it helps anyone troubleshoot
The beep is fast and continuous, almost like an alarm
No error messages on-screen as far as I can tell
Controller otherwise looks and feels normal

Was it a calibration problem, firmware, or hardware
Do I need to reset or update something
Could this be a sign of a bigger issue

🧪 Some Fixes I’ve Seen Online But Haven’t Tried Yet
I’ve been researching possible causes while editing this video, and here are some common things people suggest online
Calibrating the sticks by going to Settings, Control, RC Calibration
Making sure no buttons are being pressed during startup
Checking firmware updates using Wi-Fi or DJI Assistant 2
Doing a factory reset of the controller
Ensuring the battery is full or the drone is powered on and connected
Using DJI Assistant 2 to run diagnostics or firmware repair
Not sure which of these actually works — but I might try a few and report back.
📹 Why I Made This Video
I wanted to capture this moment for others going through the same issue. DJI makes great gear — but stuff like this can be super frustrating when you’re ready to fly and the tech just doesn’t cooperate. If you’re dealing with the same beeping on your DJI RC controller, hopefully we can figure this out together.
Also, maybe someone from DJI will see this and provide some insight.
