Operation Sindoor Phase 2 LIVE : India penetrated Pakistan’s air defence systems for two consecutive nights, exposing vulnerabilities in the neighbouring country’s security. The security forces dispatched drones into Pakistan’s biggest cities, including Lahore and Rawalpindi after Islamabad made a failed attempt to damage the Indian radar system by sending loitering munitions.
Pakistan’s Air Defence units of HQ-9 air defence missile launchers have suffered heavy damage. The Air Defence system deployed in Lahore has been neutralised, the Ministry of Defence said.
