Ukrainian soldiers assault Russian trench in terrifying footage to capture last road to Bakhmut | Ukraine’s Third Assault Brigade posted more footage of trench fighting in the battle for Bakhmut’s ‘road of life’. The Ukrainians are fighting to keep the last road to the besieged city open, and posted this footage at the end of April. It shows the Ukrainian soldiers advancing down Russian-occupied trenches hurling grenades, while drones also drop bombs. Russia now controls more than 80% of the city of Bakhmut.
