Explosions also rocked Russia’s Bryansk and Kursk regions, collapsing two bridges and injuring dozens in what investigators now call acts of sabotage. Kyiv hasn’t claimed responsibility. Meanwhile, Russia confirms a drone attack deep in Siberia and Ukraine ordered evacuations from 11 Sumy villages amid fears of a new Russian ground assault. Separately, Belarus says Russia will deploy its nuclear-capable Oreshnik missiles by year-end, raising tensions across Eastern Europe. Talks between Kyiv and Moscow are expected soon in Istanbul.
