Why didn’t the SJRA lower the level of Lake Conroe early in the week when there was time. Everybody knew strong storms with flooding rain was coming. I hope they are sued again like after Harvey when Kingwood flooded because of rapid dam releases. They also didn’t lower the lake level prior to Harvey.
