Room Guide:
Rodiva: Almost everything here remote reps, and trigs all deal spooling damage. Kikimoras are the biggest DPS threat, but rodivas have the strongest reps; take out as many rodivas as you can before the DPS starts to overwhelm you, then focus down kikis quickly. Don’t split damage here. Trigs like to anchor and orbit one “FC”, often the one you’re shooting. This plays to my advantage early on — you can see all the smaller ships anchoring on the rodiva instead of getting close to me, and I can pull range and reset their spool to keep damage low.
Sansha: Dangerous up close, but slow and easily kited. Just fly away. The lookouts will damp your range, try to lock and assign drones as quickly as possible after breaking iframe to avoid wasting time while you wait for them to get close enough to lock. The knights are the most dangerous enemy here if they can reach you (high EM damage, webs and neuts) while hunters are the highest DPS enemy that will close on you relatively quickly. With enough speed, you would never even have to turn on your shield booster in this room.
Vilas: These trigs use drones rather like yours, and do not have any repairs, remote or local. Killing a ship causes its vila drones to go offline, so don’t bother killing the swarmers. They don’t have to die for the gate to open. Vedmaks and damaviks have the same number of swarmers under their command, so killing damaviks will remove initial dps more effectively, but with spooling damage the vedmaks can still be a threat by themselves, so if initial damage is manageable (it usually is) then killing vedmaks first is the smarter play. Don’t be like me, try to stay out of orange clouds. When you have your shield boosters active in an orange cloud, they drain your cap much faster.

Fit I used is below. After some thought I recommend altering slightly — use T2 rapid light missile launchers for more damage and a 3% CPU implant to make up the necessary fitting. Fitting in this way will be cheaper than using the Pickaxe launchers and cheaper, too!
I fly without drugs, but prerolling standard blue pill is highly recommended while you learn. Preroll means avoid bad effects; if you get a side effect you can’t live with, clone jump to a spare clone in the same station and back again to clear the drug and try again.
