For the past several years we have tried to incorporate a camping trip with a New Year’s Eve event and 2024 was no different. We found out that Georgia Mountain Fairground, which is one of our local Georgia faves, was going to have a fireworks display for New Year’s Eve so it seemed like the perfect opition. That is until we found that there was a possibility of severe thunderstorms and tornadoes in the area while we were there. In this video, we talk about our experience during the storm, provide updates on the Houghton heat pump and our hitch set-up. We also enjoy time with friends, go to the local casino and watch the awesome fireworks display.
