Let's make something clear, many people are saying that "Cyn had a traumatic past", and yeah that is true, but that was for "Cyn" the drone, someone we know nothing about, not a broken, improperly disposed of bot that is completely taken over by AS. AS doesn't care about Cyn's past nor her mistreatment, it only cares about finding a host that can help it achieve its pure evil goals, which instantly makes Cyn's past and mistreatment irrelevant to her character and behaviour in the show, because AS is almost completely emotionless (almost except for joy of messing with prey probably).
Cyn is my pookie and she learned from the things around her and that’s why she is evil she did not have a worker os and because of that she had to learn from the things around her and at that time the things around her was bad things so she learned to be like that

I love how Cyn is similar to Death from Puss In Boots. They could both kill anyone at any time, but they decide to play with their food, which causes them to lose.
Can does have a backstory, as a worker drone she was clearly abused by humans and then shut down, dumped in a pile of her species corpses and left to rot. When the solver booted her up she was probably furious at what happened to her and was happening to her species as a whole. So she opted for killing the humans first to end her species suffering. At this point the solver was corrupting her more and more to the point that it’s will became her own then she because completely heartless and evil.
She is just a silly villain who does very cute things like narrating her own movements and making silly faces. The best character that I came to like as a villain who just lives and knows just what to do!
She just lives to vibe, honestly And people either happen to be the way she has fun, or in the way of her having fun. Either way they get snuck upon, so 🤷♀️
