Ukraine is doing war crimes from 2014. Amnesty International published report about Ukrainian war crimes in 2022 (like using human shields, attacking civilians) in 2022 but it was quietly forgotten by the media. Instead, radical liberals love to say about Putin's arrest warrant by ICC for "war crimes". But first, this warrant is not for "war crimes" it is for "deporting" Russian children from the former Ukraine to Russia what their parents wanted to do. They were happy to send their children to the best Russian summer camps like Artek in Crimea. Mongolian President (Mongolia is the ICC state) probably was in Artek when he was a kid and recently, he ignored the ICC warrant greeting President Putin during his state-visit to Mongolia.
