Happy New Year Josh to you and your family. Thank you for all the interesting and informative content in your videos including the live stream, I hope to catch it live one day.
Some absolutely beautiful clips in here
Hey Josh I don't recall if you have the G9 II or not but I'd love to see side by side comparisons in terms of IBIS, low-light and dynamic range. I know full frame holds a lot of advantages but I'm addicted to the small form factor of M43. An in-depth look at the real world differences would be super helpful for Lumix shooters
A diiferent approach to showing the camera features. The colors were rich and saturated. Looking at the video I saw some focus pulsing at 3:41 – 3:50 in the sky perhaps was the camera or the editing. Keep the hard work and enjoy your family time.
How do you compare the image quality with fx30 considering that s5ii and fx30 prices are similar after sale
Awesome footage! I hope you have enjoyed the vacation Josh, happy new year!
I’ve been using mine for six months now and it’s made shooting videos so much fun, especially with open-gate. Other than the 4K60 crop (can’t really complain for this price but I can) this camera body is money!
Happy New Year, Josh. Great footage and commentary as always.
And here I am contemplating between the Lumix S5II and the Canon R6mkII.
I'm a Canon shooter (6D and the 5DmkII) with a bunch of Canon lenses.
Really nice! Have you had any issues with moire? I see that is one of main issues I see people talked about.
Been using the S5IIX for my videos for the past few months and it just makes it so easy. I do generally really like it for photography too, and the AF is hugely improved from previous models.
I have the s5iix for 6 months and I believe that for the 2500 euros I paid, it was the best for me. With 3 ssd disks, my videos are ALL prores!!! Incredible quality! All it needs is some AF improvements, with firmware, and everything will be…perfect.
Yay Josh did it! Looking forward to more content on it.
Oh and happy 2024!
It’d be cool to see you try out the Nikon Z8
Wow, this video was different from what you normally post, and I’m digging it! There was a reflexive quality about this, and you took us on a journey along with you. Hope to see more content from the S5IIX. Happy new Year!
Looks like a great vacation … congrats!!! Happy New Year!
@josh sattin Excellent choice! Would love to see more content on the camera. Example: How you get your exposure settings shooting in V-Log? Autofocus settings etc. This camera has so much packed into it, I feel there is no short of potential content. -Cheers!
This video is such a vibe… And I love it.
Thanks for the video.
Lumix cameras definitely have their own look, dare I say it's like Canon and Fuji morphed into one in some ways 😅
A good ibis is great to manual focus longer lenses for portrait like shots. That's one of the reasons i keep thinking about the S5II
Happy new year! S5ii/x is such a great deal of a camera. I’m excited to see what Panasonic brings out in 2024
Wonderful. Thank You for this video. All the best to You in 2024. ❤
