Israeli forces use drone to disrupt live news broadcast

Israeli forces used a drone to interfere with a live news broadcast in the town of al-Mughayyir, north of Ramallah.

The drone hovered directly above the journalists with its loud noise drowning out the coverage while stirring up dust to obstruct their work.

The incident comes as the Israeli military destroyed about 3,000 olive trees in al-Mughayyir, described as part of a push to forcibly displace Palestinians.

The army claimed the trees posed a “security threat” to a main settlement road that cuts through the village’s land.
