How to reset when you're feeling burnt out on everything



Today’s video is not one I ever expected to make. Honestly, I had a totally different video planned and completely scrapped it when I realized… I needed to create something more encouraging. The other video was just a lot of emotional reveal, not that that’s bad, but it wasn’t productive either. There is a fine balance between complaining and despairing. I believe catching ourselves in those cycles can be crucial to our wellbeing. And one of the best ways I get myself out of burnout, fatigue, whatever you call it… is to get outside in nature. But maybe for you, it’s a stroll out on the town, or going to your favorite coffee shop. Whatever it is, do the thing that helps you breath a little deeper, slower and gives you rest. I know that our Earth is uniquely created to provide healing for us. I’ve seen it and experienced it. I hope this video helps you and I hope that if you are feeling burnt out, you find ways to recover, revive, relax. I love you all so much and appreciate your kind comments and support.
