How to fix the GoPro cameras black screen problem. GoPro powers on but has a black screen.

This is a solution to fixing the “black screen” on the GoPro Black 11 camera, and maybe on some other GoPro cameras.

I think the problem arises from several issues:
1. Not having the camera upgraded with newest firmware.
2. Not having reset the camera after upgrade.
3. Relinking the Gopro camera in the Gopro Quik App.

What was not an issue:
1. My SD Card was correct.
2. The batteries were charged and working well.
3. The settings in the camera were fine.
