This exhaust absolutely woke up the S2000 and I could not be happier with it, the car is BONE stock minus intake and exhaust, these clips were taken directly after installation and with time the exhaust will break in and sound different.
The exhaust itself is beautiful, packaging and shipping was amazing from Evasive Motorsports, amazing quality, everything bolted up and lined up with ease, all hardware included.
As for sound, the exhaust is quiet when you want it to be, and loud when you ask it to be. Down low with some extra throttle it can be a little boomy, but as expected installing an exhaust on an s2000, there is no drone what so ever on deceleration, that was my biggest ticket to buying this setup is the drone, I did not want drone and I succeeded in finding that. Cruising around town is great, nice and compliant, very easy to daily drive.
For anybody wanting a test pipe! For me personally the smell isnt a big deal, it does enter the cabin when at a stand still, if you are super sensitive, maybe consider OEM or High flow cat (will create some drone from what I have heard) I am somewhat sensitive myself but I do not notice it much.
I recommend disconnecting your battery for 15m, reset the ECU then reconnect it to help the ECU recalibrate the AFR Ratios to reduce smell. At first it was very bad (you can see in my first rev clips), once I reset the ECU it helped a lot and reduced the amount of gasses coming out of the exhaust.
To prevent CEL with Test Pipe. I simply used an exhaust defouler found on Amazon. All links to my setup provided 👇
