Join us for three rounds of breathwork in Wim Hof-style to energise your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with the present moment. We’ll guide you through each round with different lengths of breath holds – perfect for both beginners and experienced breathers who need a
quick reset. This session we recorded for you in beautiful Eastbourne, England.
⏰ Breath holds
1st round – 45 secs
2nd round – 1 min 15 secs
3rd round – 1 min 30 secs
We’ve been practicing breathwork for over three years now, and it has brought us so much beauty, joy, and a deep sense of aliveness. It has proven to be a powerful tool, especially with regular practice, and we’ve noticed that good guidance makes a big difference on this journey of self-discovery. That’s why we decided to create and share guided breathwork sessions with the world. Everything is created by us – the music, the video footage, and the breathwork guidance.
So wherever you are right now, set up a cozy space. Invite a friend or two if you like – breathwork can be very connecting and create beautiful moments together. Let us know about your journey in the comments – we’d love to hear your experience!
🎶 About the Music:
The music was built in Logic from a simple palette: handpan, piano, Celestial Voices (a synth pad), and minimal percussion. Each sound was chosen for its role—the handpan to guide rhythm and breath, the piano for grounding, the pad for spaciousness, and the drums to add subtle energy without distraction.
We wove in field recordings of birds singing, a Chau Gong and a synth drone type sample from Moby’s #mobygratis – Birdsong to bring nature’s presence, a yoga gong for resonance, and a synth drone for depth. Starting with a four-bar loop, the track was arranged to follow Jonas’s script – expansive during active breathing, then soft and dissolving during holds. Every shift in sound reflects the flow of the breath itself.
