I've had my Neo for a month now and send it every day over the hills and country side but I can't believe how capable this little guy is.
You've got the video footage you should be able to use that for a warranty claim.
Sorry to hear you have lost your Neo. These random fly aways seem to be a common theme with the Neo’s if you read the various forums. There have been no firmware upgrades now for 9 months, seems DJI have abandoned Neo support.
I bought my Neo on 29th of July, I live in Thailand and we've had a drone ban for the last 2 weeks, we can officially fly here again tomorrow August 16th. Watching this video doesn't fill he with confidence, I'm more than aware that fly aways happens, I hope it doesn't put you off purchasing a new one?
