Audio question: Since this drone has tech that can cancel the sound of the drone props when using the phone app, I assume that the noise cancelling happens via the app on the phone. Do you know of any commercial drones with an onboard microphone that will record sounds in the environment in the drone's location and cancel the sound of the props? Thanks
PS. I'm looking for something that will record sound in the same file as the video on the drone itself while cancelling the prop noise.
Thank you for showing us what is what with this, as a old school pilot I prefer sticks but the alternative controller is definitely interesting , I'd like to try it out or find out more about how exactly it works, does it allow you more control of your shots maybe?
Head tracking looks useful for filming and probably quite fun to use with this little thing.
The tune like you say is terrible , far too loose , I would much prefer the ability to tune it up a bit and have that on a switch or something, sometimes you just want to fly around and not bother with recording and the wobble in the goggles looks annoying and flying on a windy day ( most days here in yorkshire lol )would be terrible,
i would happily accept a shorter battery life for a better tune,
For recording though it obviously is fine to have the wobble as long as the recorded image is good and then get the longer flight times.
I have lots of drones to fly of course but when I go out just take one at a time and this could be the one..
So I have the M4P. so probably not worth it if i have to buy the google 3 and the motion controller, avatar 2 itself doesnt cost much more then the neo but much more capable.. am i thinking this correctly?

Here’s a tip.. Take the prop guard off. I found it more responsive in manual mode 😊

Captain… I have a Tello and a DJI Spark. Should I get the Neo to replace those two? I just use it for small family events, personal use. The Neo image quality just seems kind of low on these reviews. I know the Tello and Spark are lower, but I’m trying to decide of the Neo will be OK or I should get a higher image quality drone. What are your thoughts on the Neo image quality.
Question when you’re flying forward and you wanna look to your left and your right, does it record of you looking left here right or does it Record going forward?

Thanks for the video. Excellent as always. Ever since your Neo teaser you released a while back, I’ve been awaiting the release like a little kid. What sucks, is that I still can’t get one. For whatever reason, in Southern California, the Neo isn’t available until at least October 10. I’ve heard unofficially that it may be even longer than that.
I first saw that date on Amazon and thought it was because they’re a middleman but when I went to the DJI store, I was told the same thing.
I guess that will give me time to source the Goggles 3 and the two controllers.

Is range lower when using "motion controller 3" instead of normal controller ?

Im still amazed why only 1 you tuber has reported the serious flaw when u fly via smartphone….
It seems if you fly too far away, the drone just stops and sits in the sky .. There is not RTH as advertised via palm and phone flight .
One chap flew straight up and lost signal from his phone.. Drone just sat in the sky…he had to climb a nearby building to get close enough to reconnect to regain control.
Not good

Adjust your rates for the remote and it flys great in manual, also true for avata and avata 2, watch some videos.
Question and comment – Q – at any 30FPS camera mode do you notice Jerkyness in YAW in the Googles 3 View ? // C – the NEO is actually pretty capable in manual mode in the right hands – a few vids on YT with other (accomplished) FPV pilots doing well with it – anyways – always enjoy your vids and your video production is second to none – keep on posting – thanks

No offenese but learned after seeing a few honest videos about the lousy video quality, the shakey follow footage (and personally so disappointed my Mini2 RC doesn’t work with) and whenever their are affiliate links we know the positives are pushed

Hi! What about the camera quality at low light, for real estate?! Better 03? O3 got 1.7 sensor, this one 2, so what do u think?
Stopping recording when the drone flips out on low battery would have corrected this,i have seen this from another reviewer and stop recording enabled the drone to then have enough power,this thing uses a lot of processing power and dji are going to have to correct this as this is where things get dangerous.
