The first day of owning a DJI Mini 2 SE Drone after obtaining my Operator and Flyer ID with the CAA, Civil Aviation Authority.
The exam for the CAA was only 40 question and can be completed online in under an hour.

The DJI 2 Mini Drone was finally configured with an old iphone 6 after several error codes before the software had even completed the installation on my new android phone. this was on a Motorola e14.
the DJI Fly software was downloaded from both the app store and from DJI’s website directly. This could possibly be down to the ARM32 chipset the phone uses. but I have been very unsuccessful installing any DJI software on my Motorola e14. this was a waste of 2 days. Very disappointing with the software released by DJI. stick with an apple device and all seems to be good.
You must register before flying most drones or model aircraft outdoors in the UK.
There are two requirements and you may need to meet both:
if you’ll fly, you must pass a theory test to get a flyer ID
if you’re responsible for a drone or model aircraft, you must register for an operator ID
