Biden says he has decided how to respond to deadly drone attack on U.S. base

Three days after the drone attack that killed three U.S. soldiers at a base in Jordan, President Biden said he has reached a decision on how to respond. When asked if he holds Iran responsible for the attack, Mr. Biden said he does “in the sense that they’re supplying the weapons to the people who did it.” NBC News’ Peter Alexander reports.
