The Neutral Labs Scrooge is a “Sequenced malfunction generator”, which is to say: a uniquely glitchy set of “drum” voices operating as passive circuits, paired with a powerful, tailor-made sequencer which can squeeze a range of booms, bleeps, bloops, squwarks, rattles and noise blasts from it.
In this video I introduce its features and then explore its sounds and workflow while making a beat from scratch. Nice.
