'Rolling blackouts': Russia using Iranian-made drones to attack Ukraine's power grid

Fox News Correspondent Greg Palkot says Kyiv is offering to evacuate residents from Kherson before winter as Russia continues to bombard Ukraine, using Iranian-made drones to attack the power grid.

“Officials now say half of the power grid is damaged, rolling blackouts here in Kyiv and across the country are the norm,” Mr Palkot said.

“One utility chief is suggesting, with strains on energy in mind, if folks have a chance to leave Ukraine for a few months, it might be a good idea.”
